Welcome to National Nurses in Business Association, NNBA Affiliate Program!

What’s An Affiliate Program?

An affiliate or referral program is basically a revenue-sharing agreement between the National Nurses in Business Association (NNBA), with our products, services and conferences, and a person (you) who knows others who could benefit from the products, services or conferences we offer. It’s a win-win-win situation for you, the nurse you refer and the NNBA. We all benefit and you make money on an investment that might not have happened without your help. When you tell other aspiring, beginning or experienced nurse entrepreneurs about the NNBA, you can earn money. Our program is free to join, it’s easy to sign-up and requires no technical knowledge. Affiliate programs are common throughout the Internet and offer website owners and social media influencers an additional way to earn income from their websites. Affiliates generate traffic and sales for commercial websites and in return receive a commission, or referral payment.

How Does It Work?

When you join our affiliate program, you will be supplied with a range of images and textual links that you place within your website, emails and social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. When your visitors click on one of your links, they will be brought to our website and their activity will be tracked by our affiliate software. You will earn a commission on products/services we provide.

Real-Time Statistics and Reporting

You may log in 24 hours a day to check your sales, traffic, account balance and see how your affiliate links are performing.

This agreement (the “Agreement) is made between National Nurses in Business Association (the “Company”), and the Affiliate for participation in The Company’s affiliate program. If Affiliate does not want to participate in the affiliate program, please disregard the following agreement.

Affiliate wishes to include certain materials promoting Company, and to include a link to Company’s website within those materials on Affiliate’s website;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, warranties, and other good and valuable consideration set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Promotional Materials. Company shall make available to Affiliate certain image advertisements, text links, and/or other graphic or textual material for display and use on the Affiliate website (the “Promotional Materials”). Affiliate shall display the Promotional Materials on Affiliate’s website prominently and as Affiliate sees fit, provided that the manner of display shall be subject to the Terms of Use of this Agreement. Affiliate shall also include a link from the Promotional Materials to Company’s website, as specified by Company.
  2. Use of Promotional Materials. The Affiliate’s use and display of the Promotional Materials on the Affiliate’s site shall conform to the following terms, conditions and specifications:
    1. Affiliate may not use any graphic, textual or other materials to promote Company’s website, products or services other than the Promotional Materials, unless Company agrees to such other materials in writing prior to their display.
    2. Affiliate may only use the Promotional Materials for the purpose of promoting Company’s website (and the products and services available thereon), and for linking to Company’s website.
    3. Affiliate will not alter, add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Promotional Materials as they are prepared by Company. If Affiliate wishes to alter or otherwise modify the Promotional Materials, Affiliate must obtain prior written consent from Company for such alteration of modification.
    4. The Promotional Materials will be used to link only to Company’s website, to the specific page and address as specified by Company.
  3. License. Company hereby grants to Affiliate a nonexclusive, nontransferable license (the “License”) to use the Promotional Materials as specified under the Terms of Use of this Agreement. The term of the License shall expire upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
  4. Intellectual Property. Company retains all right, ownership, and interest in the Promotional Materials, and in any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property in the Promotional Materials. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant Affiliate any rights, ownership or interest in the Promotional Materials, or in the underlying intellectual property, other than the rights to use the Promotional Materials granted under the License, as set forth in Section 3 above.
  5. Relationship of Parties. This Agreement shall not be construed to create any employment relationship, agency relationship, or partnership between Company and Affiliate. Affiliate shall provide services for Company as an independent contractor. Affiliate shall have no authority to bind Company into any agreement, nor shall Affiliate be considered to be an agent of Company in any respect.
  6. Commissions.
      1. In exchange for Affiliate’s display of the Promotional Materials, and for Affiliate’s compliance with and performance of the Terms of Use of this Agreement, Company shall pay to Affiliate a referral, or commission (the “Commission”) in the amount of a percentage of products/services sold to a user that accesses Company’s website through a link on the Affiliate’s website. The current percentage posted is 10%. This percentage is subject to change by the Company at any time. Notification to Affiliate of any change in commission percentage will be given by Company at the email address on hand for the Affiliate (Your Payment Email).
      2. Company shall keep accurate and up-to-date records of the data used to determine the total amount of Commissions owed to Affiliate. Affiliate shall be given reasonable access to these records upon request, and is available through the affiliate area on the My Account page at https://nursesbusiness.com. Any discrepancy between the amount of Commissions owed according to these records, and the actual amount of Commissions paid to Affiliate in any period or periods shall be rectified by Company within 14 days of discovering such discrepancy.
      3. For all Affiliates that do not exceed the minimum threshold, payments will be made by January 31st, for the prior year (also see Program Details above). Payment to Affiliate will be made via check.
      4. In the event that Affiliate materially breaches this Agreement and Company terminates this Agreement within 30 days of such breach, then any accrued and payable Commissions owing to Affiliate shall be forfeited, and Company shall not be obligated to pay such Commissions to Affiliate.
      5. The NNBA Affiliate Program is for Member’s Only. Only individuals that are members of the National Nurses in Business Association can become affiliates.
