Basic Injectable Course
This 2 Day offering is exactly what you need to embark on your new career in Aesthetic Medicine and is accredited for 17 hours of CE.
Day 1. An overview of the history of neuro-toxin is followed by extensive classroom discussion of mechanism, efficacy, adverse reactions and treatment considerations of neuro-toxin injections. Instruction on patient assessment and injection techniques will be followed by hands on experience with models. A maximum five students per trainer allows for ample opportunity for students to practice on models as well as each other.
Day 2 An introduction to the many different types of dermal fillers and a demonstration of consultation techniques to determine the best course of treatment to maximize your patient’s results and overall satisfaction. Students will learn how to exam facial structures and discuss anatomical changes as people age. Injection techniques, adverse reactions and solutions to common dermal filler issues will be covered prior to hands on practice with models and fellow students.
