RN Patient Advocates/University of Arizona College of Nursing Learning Intensive
The RN Patient Advocates Learning Intensive is recognized as the leading educational program to prepare qualified, experienced clinical RNs to become independent RN Patient Advocates(iRNPAs). As an iRNPA you will have several career opportunities. You will learn the skills and application of the evidence based Advocacy Process(c) which integrates into all health care settings and community environments. This Advocacy Process(c) incorporates all 3 main medical paradigms: Conventional Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Integrative Medicine. There is an 8 week online component and a 6 day residential component.
The curriculum is extensive and also includes the business and marketing skills you will need to begin your iRNPA practice. The faculty is comprised of nationally recognized RN Patient Advocates, leading Functional and Integrative physicians and nutritionists.
